Refund and Cancellation Policy
At PotatoPay.co ("PotatoPay"), we strive to provide a transparent and seamless experience for Streamers and Supporters. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs financial transactions on our platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
1.1 All tips made by Supporters to Streamers on PotatoPay are voluntary and non-refundable. Supporters acknowledge that they are providing financial support without expecting goods, services, or any contractual compensation in return.
1.2 Once a payment is successfully processed through our platform, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded except in the cases outlined in this policy.
2. MINIMUM TRANSACTION REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Minimum Tip Amount: The minimum amount a Supporter can send is ₹10 per transaction.
2.2 Settlements: Streamers receive tips after deduction of the 5% platform service fee and applicable taxes. Settlement to the Streamer’s bank account is handled vie our system.
3. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND BALANCE UPDATES
3.1 All transactions are processed through third-party payment gateway.
3.2 Once the payment is confirmed, the balance is updated in the Streamer’s account dashboard.
3.3 Any delays beyond the settlement cycle are subject to the payment gateway or banking partner’s timelines.
4. EXCEPTIONS FOR REFUNDS
While tips are generally non-refundable, PotatoPay may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:
Unauthorized Transactions: If a Supporter reports an unapproved payment, it will be investigated, and a refund may be issued if fraud is confirmed.
Duplicate Payments: Verified duplicate payments may be refunded.
Technical Failures: If a transaction fails but funds are debited, refunds will be processed after confirmation with the payment gateway.
Streamer Violations: If a Streamer violates Terms & Conditions, PotatoPay may refund affected Supporters at its discretion.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Since tips are voluntary, cancellation of a successful payment is not permitted.
5.2 Users cannot cancel a tip once the payment gateway has processed it.
5.3 In case of account suspension or termination, remaining balances may be withheld, refunded, or settled at PotatoPay’s discretion after review.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1 Supporters and Streamers must report payment-related disputes within 7 days of the transaction date by writing to potatopayco@gmail.com.
6.2 All refund approvals are subject to verification and processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
